In the U.S., the number of women advancing to the senior ranks – the executive suite and boardroom – remains stagnant. ION is an important part of the solution. Our message and mission are significant in these challenging economic times. But we can’t move the needle by ourselves. We’re proud to have worked with the following organizations who share our mission and goals.

MSCI, an independent provider of research and ratings on environmental, social, governance and accounting-related risks affecting the performance of public companies.

2020 Women on Boards is a campaign that aims to raise the percentage of women on corporate boards in the U.S. to 20% or greater by the year 2020.

Catalyst is a leading non-profit membership organization working globally with businesses and the professions to build inclusive workplaces and expand opportunities for women and business. Catalyst’s practices and services includes Corporate Board Services, which assists women in determining whether serving on a board is right for them.

DirectWomen is a program designed to identify, develop and support a select group of accomplished women attorneys to provide qualified directors needed by the boards of U.S. companies, while promoting the independence and diversity required for good corporate governance.

GlobeWomen sponsors the annual Global Summit of Women, which brings together more than 1000 women and men each year to focus on increasing women’s economic power internationally. The affiliated Corporate Women Directors International also conducts research on women on boards in countries around the globe.
National Association of Corporate Directors
(NACD) is a national non-profit membership organization dedicated exclusively to serving the corporate governance needs of corporate boards and individual board members.

POWER is a national non-profit program that brings together senior level and high-potential women for educational sessions and a discourse on leadership.

ShowMe50 provide a platform to engage individuals in actions that level the playing field for women. The organization encourages individuals to actively collaborate with their companies to inform and implement a culture of gender equality that leads to the achievement of 50% women in senior leadership positions.

Thirty Percent Coalition is a group of industry thought leaders who believe in the power of collaborative effort to achieve gender diversity in public company boardrooms, and in the necessity of attaining at least 30% female representation on public company boards by the end of 2015.

Vision 2020 is a national project is focused on advancing gender equality by energizing the dialogue about women and leadership.

Women Business Leaders of the U.S. Healthcare Industry Foundation is a non-profit organization established to address the unique needs of women serving in a senior executive capacity in the U.S. health care industry.

WomenCorporateDirectors is a rapidly growing international community of women who serve as directors of corporations. We are committed to sharing the best practices of corporate governance and discussing the challenges of conducting business in a highly competitive and volatile global economy.
