Charged for Boardroom Change

Formed in 2004, the InterOrganizationNetwork (ION) consists of 14 regional organizations in the United States representing more than 10,000 women in business across a wide range of industries.Through ION, these women combine their energies in advocating the advancement of women to positions of power in the business world, especially to boards of directors and executive suites.

In the U.S., the number of women advancing to the senior ranks – the executive suite and boardroom – remains stagnant. Our message and our mission are significant in these challenging economic times. By developing corporate leadership that includes the talents of all and better reflects the composition of today’s workforce, consumers, society, and business will benefit.
